What is Kube?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Room: an immersive simulation environment<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1694772976599{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]Kube is set in the \u201cRoom\u201d, an immersive simulation environment designed to allow the development of a story or sequence of situations animated by digital technologies and actors led by the director. Through a \u201ctry and learn<\/em>\u201d approach, the Room allows people to play out situations in complex contexts. As the participants always have a view of the impact of their actions, this method can reveal the attitudes, behaviours and skills needed to solve problems, handle relationships and take complex decisions in time-pressured situations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kube is part of the \u201cRoom<\/em>\u201d methodology, a business story set in an imaginary corporate universe populated by events and people who are \u201cactivated\u201d by the directors. The \u2018lead roles\u2019 and \u2018supporting roles\u2019 play along with the participants in the Room, in a narrative universe starring specialised actors.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1693293677632{padding-top: 40px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]<\/p>\n

Kube Complexity: building the skills to manage complex situations<\/span><\/h2>\n
